Everyone at the table deserves a meal they can look forward to. At Cafe Luce in Midtown East and Hell’s Kitchen, explore gluten-free pasta options and Italian dishes built around tomatoes, vegetables, garlic and olive oil.

Gluten-free penne and spaghetti

Both location menus offer gluten-free penne and gluten-free spaghetti for a $2 supplement. These are alternatives to our fresh homemade pasta; the gluten-free pasta is not made fresh in-house.

Choose your pasta, then talk with your server about the sauce and toppings that suit your needs. Selecting gluten-free pasta does not automatically make every sauce, topping or complete dish gluten-free.

Vegetarian choices with plenty of flavor

Start with these pasta sauces, whose listed ingredients contain no meat or seafood:

  • Aglio e Olio: olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes.

  • Arrabbiata: tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and chili.

  • Tomato Basil: our homemade tomato and basil sauce.

Love a creamy sauce? Try Alla Vodka, Alfredo Mushroom, Gorgonzola or Quattro Formaggi. Explore Alla Caprese, Pesto and Limoncello, or enjoy roasted Eggplant Pasta and classic Cacio e Pepe. These vegetarian pasta choices are available on both location menus.

Start with Burrata, Caprese salad, Italian Salad or Tri Color Salad. Share Bruschetta Pomodoro, Bruschetta Mediterranean or homemade focaccia, then explore Eggplant Rollatini, Fried Burrata, Zucchini Sticks, hand-cut fries and truffle fries.

At Midtown East, the menu also includes Spinach Salad and Black Truffle Pappardelle. Check your chosen location’s menu when planning your visit.

Vegetarian dishes may contain dairy or eggs. For vegan preferences, ask our team about suitable pasta, sauces and any changes needed.

Our Caesar dressing contains anchovies. If you would like a meat- and fish-free salad, ask for it without Caesar dressing and confirm the remaining ingredients with your server.

Tell us what you need before ordering

Please tell our team about allergies, celiac disease or dietary requirements before placing your order. Ask about ingredients and preparation, including cross-contact, so the restaurant can explain what it can accommodate. Gluten-free and vegetarian are different requirements, so mention both if they apply.
