A dinner out can start with something more interesting than a soft drink. At Cafe Luce in Hell's Kitchen, the non-alcoholic cocktail menu offers three different starting points: grapefruit, a spritz, or a savory martini-style drink. Here is how to choose when your table includes guests ordering different kinds of drinks.

Choose by the ingredients you enjoy

The Riviera Paloma combines Pentire Seaward with grapefruit soda. Start here if grapefruit is the ingredient that catches your attention. The Amalfi Spritz combines Pentire Coastal Spritz with light tonic, making it the option to explore if you usually look for a spritz on a drinks menu.

For a savory direction, the Mediterranean Martini combines Pentire Adrift with olive brine and sea salt. Olive lovers can use those ingredients as a clear point of comparison with the other two choices. Each is listed at $14 on our current Hell's Kitchen menu.

Make it part of dinner

You do not need everyone at the table to order the same style of drink. One guest can choose a non-alcoholic cocktail while another explores the full cocktail guide. Browse the food menu together before your visit so the conversation can move from drinks to dinner.

If you are eating before a show, tell the team your curtain time when you arrive. Leave room in your plan for ordering, eating and getting to your theater. Your reservation time is the beginning of the meal, so build your evening around the whole visit.

Questions to ask before ordering

Tell your server if you are looking for a specific ingredient profile or have an ingredient restriction. If exact alcohol content matters to you, ask the team to confirm the products and preparation rather than relying on the name of the drink alone.
