Cocktails in Hell's Kitchen: A Guide to the Cafe Luce Bar
A Negroni with dinner, a spritz to start the evening or an espresso cocktail to finish: the bar at Cafe Luce Hell's Kitchen gives you several ways to plan your night. Our restaurant at 319 West 51st Street has a full cocktail menu alongside Italian food, wines and non-alcoholic drinks.
Start with the flavors you enjoy
If you like a bittersweet drink, our Negroni combines Malfy Gin, Campari and sweet vermouth. Prefer a sparkling version of that flavor family? The Sbagliato Spritz uses Campari, sweet vermouth and prosecco.
For citrus, the Margarita brings together Código Blanco Tequila, triple sec and lime. The Daiquiri combines Ten To One Rum, lime and simple syrup. These are useful starting points when you know the kind of drink you want but have not settled on a name.
Spritzes and espresso cocktails
The spritz selection includes Aperol Spritz and Hugo Spritz, with St-Germain, prosecco and mint. For coffee flavors, the Espresso Martini combines Holiday Vodka, Kahlúa and espresso. The Caffè Martini takes a different direction with Código Reposado Tequila, Kahlúa and fresh espresso.

Non-alcoholic choices for the table
Our non-alcoholic cocktail list includes the Riviera Paloma with Pentire Seaward and grapefruit soda; the Amalfi Spritz with Pentire Coastal Spritz and light tonic; and the Mediterranean Martini with Pentire Adrift, olive brine and sea salt. Guests can choose different drink styles while sharing the same dinner plans.

This full cocktail menu belongs to Cafe Luce Hell's Kitchen. Our Midtown East restaurant has its own wine, beer and spritz selection, so check the location when you book.
