A bowl of fresh homemade pasta can be the start of a relaxed dinner or part of your evening before Broadway. At Cafe Luce Hell's Kitchen, choose your pasta and sauce, add a starter to share, and settle in at 319 West 51st Street for generous portions and Italian hospitality.

Choose your pasta, then your sauce

Start with the flavors you are in the mood for. Alla Vodka brings creamy tomato and shallot flavors, Arrabbiata adds chili, and Bolognese is a hearty beef option. Alfredo Mushroom offers mushrooms in a creamy sauce, while Aglio e Olio focuses on olive oil, garlic and red pepper flakes.

Choose from fettuccine, fusilli, linguine, penne, rigatoni or spaghetti. Gnocchi and mushroom ravioli are also listed as options with a supplement. If you would like help choosing a combination or adding chicken, shrimp or burrata, ask the team.

Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free ordering

Explore vegetable-focused sauces such as Tomato Basil, Arrabbiata and Pesto. Our pesto is listed with basil, olive oil, garlic and toasted pine nuts. For vegan preparation, tell your server before ordering and ask them to confirm the pasta, sauce, cheese toppings and cooking fat. Olive oil instead of butter can be requested.

Gluten-free penne and spaghetti are available as separate alternatives and are not made fresh in-house. Tell the team about allergies or dietary requirements so they can check the complete dish and preparation.

Make it dinner before Broadway

Our pre-theater menu offers two courses for $39 per person, available daily until 6 PM. Tax and gratuity are not included, and supplements are additional. Check the current menu for the included dishes and pasta options.
